I. In the Dawn of Time
Once the ice ages receded and the main human teams roamed the humid valleys of the Cantabrian Sea, the lands we now get in touch with Euskal Herria ended up by now a refuge. IV. The Kingdom of Pamplona / Kingdom of Navarre
While in the ninth century, the Kingdom of Pamplona was born, which would afterwards grow to be the Kingdom of Navarre.
For hundreds of years, it was a critical participant in peninsular and European politics.
• Navarre was the center of electric power.
• Gipuzkoa, Bizkaia, and Álava had been connected to the kingdom at different moments.
• The Northern Basque Country (Iparralde) was Section of the Navarrese sphere of impact until finally the enlargement of the Capetian dynasty.
